Your refund window
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This applies to the digital edition of The Buy-to-Let Playbook and any associated digital materials purchased from this site.
You do not need to give a reason. Refunds are issued to the original payment method and typically take 3–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
How to request a refund
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all orders and handles all refunds. The quickest route is Paddle's buyer portal. Step by step:
- Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout. Paddle emails you a secure sign-in link — no password needed.
- Open the link, then select the order: The Buy-to-Let Playbook.
- Choose Get help. Paddle shows a list of help topics — none of them is labelled "refund", so ignore the topics and use the contact / chat box at the bottom instead.
- Type "Please refund this order" and send it. Paddle confirms by email and returns the money to your original payment method, normally within 3–10 business days.
Prefer not to bother with any of that? Just email enquiries@andirowe.com with the subject line “Refund request” and the email address you bought with. We can process it directly from our side — you do not need to use the Paddle portal at all.
Please have your order reference or the email address used at checkout to hand — it helps us locate the transaction quickly.
Digital delivery and your statutory rights
The Playbook is a digital download delivered immediately after purchase. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, the standard 14-day cancellation right for digital content ends once download begins with your consent. Our 30-day guarantee is offered voluntarily in addition to, and does not limit, your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to decline refunds where there is evidence of abuse — for example repeated purchase-and-refund cycles, or redistribution of the material. Refund decisions are ultimately administered by Paddle in line with the Paddle Refund Policy.
